Precious Jesus

"Afresh, precious, precious Jesus, I resign this body to You, for doing or suffering, for living or dying. Will You accept it? Will You use me for Your glory more than heretofore, that You may have some little return for all the benefits You have done to me? Oh, do grant this request; my heart longs for it, my spirit pleads for it; and "if You will, You can." You know the hot temptation of which I am the subject. Bring Your glory out of it, and keep me from the evil, and it shall be well." - Ruth Bryan

more hypocrisy from John MacArthur

John MacArthur is at it again, he and other evangelicals are promoting the signing of yet another document against social justice - https://www.christianpost.com/news/evangelicals-churches-john-macarthur-statement-against-nebulous-social-justice-227194.

From that link...The statement comes in the wake of MacArthur's recent controversial series that brands social justice as a real threat to the Gospel."Clarity on these issues will fortify believers and churches to withstand an onslaught of dangerous and false teachings that threaten the gospel, misrepresent Scripture, and lead people away from the grace of God in Jesus Christ," the statement explains in an introduction."Specifically, we are deeply concerned that values borrowed from secular culture are currently undermining Scripture in the areas of race and ethnicity, manhood and womanhood, and human sexuality. The Bible's teaching on each of these subjects is being challenged under the broad and somewhat nebulous rubric of concern for 'social justice,'" it continued. "If the doctrines of God's Word are not uncompromisingly reasserted and defended at these points, there is every reason to anticipate that these dangerous ideas and corrupted moral values will spread their influence into other realms of biblical doctrines and principles."

Yet, he is a scheduled speaker in the sing! conference - take a look at the other speakers scheduled for this conference and you will see how JMac's hypocrisy is obvious -https://gettymusicworshipconference.com/about/speakers/

Piper?! Keller?!? Ravi!?  These 'evangelicals' are hypocrites, double tongued, and do NOT have the calling of God to preach! The VERY THINGS JMac supposedly is opposed to is taught by MOST of those who will be speaking at this 'sing' conference! Keller embraces homosexuality and has an editor, Sam Allberry, on staff that is a practicing homosexual -  https://www.thegospelcoalition.org/about/staff/
These high profile 'evangelicals' have been able to fleece multitudes and live quite comfortably in this life, as well as teaching their doctrines of demons to those who love men more than Christ.

Let's now turn our attention to this 'sing' conference, which wraps up tomorrow in Nashville Tn. Here is the 'goal' of this 'sing' conference...

The five urgent goals of this project are:

  1. Teach everyone why and how we sing.
  2. Build deep believers through what we sing.
  3. Strengthen and encourage families to sing together.
  4. Build churches by singing together and to each other.
  5. Witness to our wider communities by our singing.

So, proclaiming the word of God is not enough?! We now must reach communities through singing?! We build churches through singing? What true, blood bought man or woman of God would dare be a part of such a conference? I will tell you that NO true believer will partake of this garbage.

May God be glorified in shutting down 'evangelicals' and their demonic ways.

I was unaware of this "sing" conference until now. Just another gathering of goats to blaspheme the name of Jesus Christ. In keeping with JM's longstanding habit of being double-tongued he has signed, along with the usual suspects, "The Statement on Social Justice & the Gospel" https://statementonsocialjustice.com/ It is not stated who the authors of this most "august" document may be, but since JM is first on the list of signatories it is obvious enough to me who one of them is. May the Lord judge all of these people by their works.

Perhaps the JM empire is beginning to unravel at the seams. He is not without valid troubles of his own creation or justified criticism. The accreditation of his institution is in jeopardy, and he's being exposed for his hypocritical associations and double-tongued speech and blatant false teachings. The evidence against him is mounting and being cited by those who are discerning and sounding warning bells. But we know how ardent followers react to such news toward those who dare to speak the truth. It will be interesting to observe any fallout, if God wills it to be.

I wasn't even searching for anything concerning JM last night when this popped up on YouTube entitled "Pastor's Point of View Episode 63. MacArthur, Accountability, Integrity?", so I listened. I had not previously researched all the details (which you've probably already done). Very telling of the way JM conducts his business and 'church' and should alarm anyone, Christian or not.

I wasn't aware of this silly "sing conference" either that he participated in. Thanks for the information. Another piece of evidence.

These people are so arrogantly proud of the invincibility of their power that they obviously have no concern of the glaring discrepancies they create, certain they can remain hidden or explained away.

Come quickly Lord Jesus to rule and reign in righteousness!
