Precious Jesus

"Afresh, precious, precious Jesus, I resign this body to You, for doing or suffering, for living or dying. Will You accept it? Will You use me for Your glory more than heretofore, that You may have some little return for all the benefits You have done to me? Oh, do grant this request; my heart longs for it, my spirit pleads for it; and "if You will, You can." You know the hot temptation of which I am the subject. Bring Your glory out of it, and keep me from the evil, and it shall be well." - Ruth Bryan

Our nation's sexual sins, namely homosexuality

This sermon is excellent and MUCH NEEDED in our day.  This excerpt gives you an idea,
"And from the state of toleration {of homosexuality}, they had become an acceptable form of behavior. and it's at that point the they become an acceptable form of behavior that they become a contagious form of behavior....and when the sin reached that point, God said 'enough' {speaking on the judgment unleashed on Sodom and Gomorrah}"

The date given for this was 7-6-83 some thirty four years ago and before the HIV/AIDS epidemic was in full swing. The queer agenda is in full-speed-ahead mode with perhaps only a few trying to warn of it's consequences. Certainly no politician would risk his skin to stand up to the insanity presented as 'normal' and preachers are few and far between to do the same lest their paycheck cease to exist. As the queer mongers lust for & demand more and more proof of national acceptance it would not surprise me at all for them to demand as final 'proof of acceptance' that they are "normal" people that participation in this abomination be required of everyone---especially born again Christians---as the ultimate 'proof of acceptance' for all to witness. If it comes to this it would mean that the Christian would deny his Lord and in the queer's mind this would vindicate him from the certain judgment (a judgment he KNOWS that he MUST face) that awaits him. It would further convince him that the God who will judge him is either too weak to carry out His threat or, better yet, does not exist. Either way the queer would consider this a victory. Is forced participation in homosexual acts a certainty? NO! But that's what happened in Sodom. It could be that being 'forced' will not be necessary as we see so many crumbling to their demands on every front. The Scriptures do teach that "God gave them over" to their vile passions with the outcome getting progressively worse, ending in insanity--Rom. 1:28-32.

Thank God He still delivers people from this sin!!!

Both political parties could care less about the sodomites and their agenda. Many politicians are just as sexually perverted as the sodomite is.

I agree, I think before long they will attempt to force Christians to accept their perversion. This is where the rubber will meet the road, God will give more grace and strength to His elect. I believe it will happen sooner than later.
